Prices are per night for 2 persons with a minimum stay of 3 nights. For stays under 3 nights, a surcharge applies. Each additional person at extra charge. Children’s prices upon request.
A mandatory local tourist tax of 2.40 Euro per person/day applies from the age of 14.

There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code; however, we grant the following cancellation conditions:

  • Up to 3 months before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
  • From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
  • In the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount.
  • Any penalties will be offset against the deposit already paid.

Reference is expressly made to Articles 45–67 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
