Cancellation Policy

Please inform us in good time if you are unable to come. Cancellation is unpleasant for you, but also for us. It is quite unfortunate when our holiday appartments remain vacant, whereas others would have been happy to come. We will grant you a voucher in exchange for the deposit that you have already contributed, and this can be credited during your next holiday with us.

Travel cancellation insurance:

We recommend concluding the " Roter Hahn " travel cancellation insurance to prevent you from incurring expenses in such cases, thereby ensuring that these expenses are covered for you by the European Travel Insurance. Click here!

Reservation
We request a deposit to fix the reservation. The reservation is fixed after receipt of the deposit.
